【答】我跟黎老师的怎么看不太一样。我觉得，在except that...状况下，可以省略that（而且仅限于口语或非正式英语）。若是except when...，不可省略when。
这是由于：when从句表示主句谓语动词发生的时间，本质上起时间状语有哪些用途，假如省略了when，就没办法表达出这层时间关系。that从句表示主句整个事件及特点的例外状况，它是主句全部内容的例外部分，省略that后并不影响句意。
请仔细领会下面的句子：
